Keith B. Ware is the CEO of RDestiny Real Estate Investing and MidState Finance, LLC. With over 35 years of experience in the power generation and distribution industry, Keith brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to real estate investing and private lending.

A graduate of Boston Technical High School, Keith studied architectural and mechanical drafting, later advancing his education in real estate development and business administration at Mass Bay Community College. He also completed specialized studies in residential structural design and framing at Wentworth Institute of Technology, providing him with a strong technical foundation in construction and development.

Since 2019, Keith has built RDestiny REI into a platform focused on creative finance and first-lien real estate notes. He is an experienced fix-and-flip investor, wholesaler, and specialist in distressed property transactions, including pre-foreclosures and probate. Having studied advanced creative finance strategies, Keith now helps investors achieve consistent, fixed returns through real estate-backed lending opportunities, while also creating flexible solutions for borrowers who don’t fit traditional lending models.

Our story

Real estate investors had two main choices: become a landlord, with razor-thin margins easily wiped out by a repair call or problem tenant—or gamble on high-risk fix-and-flip projects. Meanwhile, traditional investments like stocks, bonds, and 401(k)s left investors at the mercy of market swings, government reports, or even a single news headline.

We discovered a niche strategy that turns real estate investing on its head. Instead of chasing tenants or betting on renovations, we finance properties through long-term notes—a model that allows us to control the asset without owning it in the traditional sense. This is known as the slow flip model—a strategy built around emulating the banks. Banks don’t deal with tenants or repairs. They don’t gamble on resale values.

That realization led to a pivot in focus for RDestiny Real Estate Investing—evolving into a platform that gives everyday investors access to this proven model.
